Talking halloween hat

The hat is talking!
When you speak through your microphone, the hat will speak.

Made from scratch by me.

There are Two hats, one with horns and one without horns.
It has eye bones so it can look too (if you want), otherwise just use your own eyes.

Everything is made so you can just drop the hat prefab to the head of your avatar and choose the hats visemes.
Then everything should be ready to upload.

Customization: There is 11 different materials ONLY for the hat without horns, if I get a lot of requests I will update for the version with horns as well.

The material swap customisation for the hat without horns are setup with VRCFury.

Shader setup is Standard shader, although it can be easily switched to Poyomi or LilToon if you prefer that.

If you want it to work on quest you can switch to a quest compatible shader, I have no clue because I don't own a quest.

  • Claiming ownership or authorship of the 3D models.

2. Ownership

• All digital 3D models are the intellectual property of Merchant Rabbit and are protected by copyright law. Purchasing or downloading a model does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

3. Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
• If you encounter any issues with a purchased file (e.g., corrupted file, missing components), please contact us at mailmerchantrabbit@gmail.com, and we will provide assistance to resolve the issue. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or other remedies.

4. Liability Disclaimer

• Merchant Rabbit provides the 3D models on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that the models will meet your requirements or that they will function in any specific software or hardware.
• In no event shall Merchant Rabbit be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the 3D models, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license at any time if we believe you are in violation of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the models and destroy any copies you have made.

6. Attribution for Commercial Use

• If you use the 3D model in any commercial project, such as in games, films, or advertisements, you must provide proper credit to Merchant Rabbit in an appropriate and visible manner. This credit can be in the form of:
  • A mention in the project credits (e.g., "3D Model by Merchant Rabbit").
  • A mention in any marketing, promotional materials, or social media posts related to the project, where applicable (e.g., a shoutout/tag to our social media handle).
• Failure to provide proper attribution may result in the termination of your license and may subject you to legal action.

7. Modifications to the Terms

• Merchant Rabbit reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates. Continued use of the models constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
